Premier place is an office building in London near Liverpool Street. It has 16,889-61,624 Square feet of office space across 8 floors. Greycoat real estate own the building and have leased the majority of the office space to Jane Street Capital. The building has a retail ground floor, and a double height reception.
The Target Market
The target market was businesses looking for office space to let. The main focus was targeting businesses/brands promoting the office space and then letting out the space to these businesses whether it was one floor or multiple floors. This was great for location and the amenities as well.
The Brief
The company wanted something with a bit of wow factor to send to these potential clients. Promoting the building, the location, the amenities and the size of the building. Showing the potential clients what the building has to offer.
The Challenge
We had a clear brief and branding was to be quite simple, the main focus needing to be on the video screen. The branding was based off of the buildings branding colours and logo. These needed to be luxurious and sleek, showing the customer what they were all about. The first brochure was the soft back video brochure the second batch they wanted to be more luxurious and premium so we went for a hard back brochure, these where both the same design.
The Results
The video brochures came out looking amazing, both the soft back and hard back brochures had a great response from the clients. The videos where pre-loaded onto the brochures, and then safely packed and shipped out to the potential clients. We had a repeat order for these brochures, to promote the space to more potential clients. We also had a play/pause and turn up or down volume button on both of the brochures.
